You must make your own arrangements for travel and housing while attending the Vermiculture Conference. There are many hotels in Raleigh and Cary convenient to the conference venue.
Airport
The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International. It is 14 miles from the conference location at Hunt Library at NC State University. You are responsible for making your own airplane reservations and travel to the Vermiculture Conference and whatever hotel you choose to use.
Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation to attend the conference, including flights, travel from the airport to your hotel, and from the hotel to the conference venue. Take a moment to view ground transportation options at Raleigh-Durham Airport. Many people use Lyft or Uber, in addition to taxis.

CAR
Visitor parking on Campus – You must obtain a visitor parking permit if you want to park a car on campus 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The 2022 Vermiculture Conference is on Saturday and Sunday, October 22 and 23, so you do not need to purchase a campus parking permit for those two days.
